Shopify – Terms & Conditions

Order Confirmation & Payment

All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Website orders require a follow-up invoice from The Petal Pro. Proof of payment may be requested.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee; 70% will be refunded. Refund or claim requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by the original client. After delivery, only partial refunds may be considered. Raw material costs are non-refundable.

 

Substitutions & Flower Care

Flowers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value based on availability. Certain flowers are delicate and may not perform well in tropical climates. Dutch flowers (tulips, peonies, dahlias, etc.) are purchased at the client’s risk, and The Petal Pro assumes no liability for their lifespan.

 

Replacements

Replacements may be offered for supplier or shipment issues. Flowers damaged due to negligence or improper care will not be replaced. All cases are reviewed individually.

 

Delivery

A reachable recipient is required. Items will not be left unattended. If the recipient is unreachable, the order will be returned to the studio for pickup or a mandatory redelivery fee will apply. No anonymous deliveries. Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may be cancelled.

 

Acts of God

Deliveries will not be attempted in unsafe conditions such as flooding. Orders may be delayed or collected from the studio.

By placing an order or making payment, the client agrees to all terms without exception.
