Shipping Policy of The Petal Pro

The Petal Pro includes an added delivery  for the services being rendered for the date in question.  


Any invoice that does not include a delivery or set up fee is classified as a pickup order and a specified time for pick up will be included on the final copy of the event proposal and contract.

 

In the event that you will not be available during flower delivery, you will be responsible for having a designated person meet the florist at the location of drop off. You are to notify us of the name and phone number of the designated person/s who would be responsible for meeting us at the location of drop off. Should our delivery personnel and/or florist be unable to contact and/or locate the said designated person/s using the contact information provided by you, we will remain at the venue for at least ten (10) minutes and exhaust all attempts before leaving the venue. We will not be held liable for the lack of coordination in designating person/s to meet us at the said location of drop off and we reserve the right not to leave the ordered items with or without any other person at the location. This is to ensure that all the items are delivered and accounted for.


Re- delivery:

Where an order is delivered to the client and the client wishes to have the items adjusted or amended, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee based on the nature of the adjustment/amendment. The said re-delivery is also subject to an additional delivery fee. Both the adjustment/amendment fee and the re-delivery fee must be paid before the time of re-delivery.
