Refund Policy of The Petal Pro

Any claims for refunds or returns must be made within 24 hours of the client’s acceptance of the floral items. Any claims outside of this period will not be entertained, and claims must only be made by the client who entered into the agreement with The Petal Pro.

Any client asking for a refund, after an item has been delivered, will only be subject to a partial refund of the amount paid which is equal to 60% of the total order cost, less any delivery fees.
